no no no ... clearly, the movie must be a prequel, covering the hunt for gollum by aragorn and gandolf (mentioned in the book version of the council of elrond). that search happened between the hobbit and the lord of the rings. that's how they found out gollum had been captured and interrogated by sauron after bilbo stole his ring and he left his cave in search of it.

There is no accounting for taste....
According to urbandictionary:
darb
Brisbane, Australia. Slang for a juvenile delinquient, though may age as far as late-20's. They're typified by poor personal hygene, low education, violent demeanour and a proliferation of trolley-handles (bars) as weapons. They steal, they kill, they cause trouble. Term arised from their most common phrase, "Gotta darb, cuz/c*nt?"
A darb tried to drag me in his Commodore when I was driving through Wynnum.

I must've done the same search.daetara wrote:i asked that question too, and nobody answered...i found some old stuff that said "darb" was the name of a character in someone's story, but that could be coincidence...?
Looks like it's happened before ..
.. I just decided to ignore it and wait for life to return to normal.

(Not that any of this is any different than we usually do around here ..)
