I agree. This thread should be a required toehold for TOEFL (*).

To date, I have found no mention of toe jam, the toetem of the notoerious Apache warrior Toechise (pronounced similar toe his cousin's name, Cochise).
I first encountered it when I was still a toeddler.

Another unsung delicacy are toematoes, in brown and black varieties.
