Marion Z[immer] Bradley - The World Wreckers - 6

Post by Evaine »

The World Wreckers /Darkover

Just a little quibble, but the title is "The World Wreckers" and not "The Human/Chieri Joy of Sex". Fun though those scenes were, for the most part, it was supposed to be about evil multi-nationals trying to wreck the economy of Darkover so that they could then step in and exploit the planet's resources.
The "Joy of Sex" scenes were relevant, but I think MZB got a bit carried away with them, to the detriment of the main plot.
The book is about an important decision in Darkovan history, though, and is definitely worth reading as part of the series.

Oh, dear - please ignore the other two entries, which were identical to this one. I'm not sure how that happened!
