I've fallen quite a bit behind while doing other stuff. Heck, I havent even had a chance yet to read the more recent contributions.

However, I've got ideas for several entries, so I'll try to jump back into the fray next week.

Nice post, ChoChiyo. A return to relative sanity. Somehow, I can see the opportunity for a Da Vinci Code parody in the not too distant future.

I know mine rather stretches your expecations for length, but hey! that is the nature of the form.

I'm not massively good at Haiku, especially for a specific context, so a little explanation: I use something close to The Technique of Association. Since my subject and wording isn't the most inspired, I've stuck to the 5-7-5 format to give it a little more backbone.

I haven't emboldened the WOTD, and I haven't closed quotes because it disrupts what flow there is in the haiku.

Quite nice actually.

It might be exactly what an odd priest might say to a young Shakespearean scholar.

Nah--the first person who uses it gets it....

But I thought it was a cool word.

Heh heh.

Yeah, the recipe is good. Don't forget the shot of Baileys!

Heh heh

Amaretto works good too.

Thank you Kvetch. I am rather proud of that one. I see plenty of opportunities for insertion of character parodies.

It would have been longer, but as you can see it was starting to drift into a fantasy quest style of thing. As it is, I only just managed to get a bit more plot in (the gene-mod telesales.)

I hope my act 3 scene 21 is acceptable as an ending. if it isn't I'll do a few lines of dialogue - no probs.

I await word on that.

one other thing - act 3 scene 21 rather neatly describes the next post. it is in the third vollyball thread (I think), and it will be the 21st post. :D

Entertaining +0 (I didn’t think so),
I'm not arguing :D

I think clong's Internatinal Brotherhood deserves as special prize.

anyone ever read Aberystwyth Mon Amour? It's very similar in style to clong's post (although it is considerably longer, of course)
