Unfortunately for you, the resident culinary geek / gourmand of the IBDoF overheard that remark. Ketchup is NOT an adequate substitute for salsa ... unless of course you intend to stick it up the rat's hind quarters, and pump it fulla ketchup - like a jelly rat-donut.
