Ain't you southerners got no sense o' propriety?
I am a poor, wayfaring stranger

But there's no sickness, no fear or danger

Why should we care when half of us are rednecks and live in the woods in seclusion?

Didn't you just say, "half of us are rednecks", thus implying that half aren't?
It's a metaphor of human bloody existence, a dragon. And if that wasn't bad enough, it's also a bloody great hot flying thing.

Are you trying to make me question myself? Shoulod I clarify and reword to say "half us southerners " and then say "there are Alabamians who aren't rednecks"?

Is there a difference between rednecks and hillbillies? If so, what is the difference?

Don't you know that in my neck of the woods, we have twits and dipsticks instead of Rednecks and Hillbillies!?

Why can't twits and dipsticks live in the cornfield too? Don't you know we are an equal opportunity cornfield?

Did you not know "The Woods" is that part of the cornfield that has stalks so round and tough and unbreakable that nothing can harvest them? Though sometimes children and small dogs disappear into "The Woods," could it be possible they've been eaten? Could there have been some giant cornstalk/venus flytrap cross-pollination?

Why would I make you think I was serious and run the risk of making you submit yourself to some hideous form of punishment, when I was only teasing?
