Very pitiful week (only 1 post):

Ghost: 5

It’ll be double or nothing on the Sherlock Award: 2 points are up for grab this week, but I get my 5 point head start.
Weekly Sherlock Award (actually two weeks):

Ghost: 10
Cho Chiyo: 8
Brad: 5

Cho did such a great job with her first two posts; I’m going to split the two points with her. I’ll take the one for two weeks ago and give her the one for last week.

BUT I get to interpret the LAW the way I wish, and unless I get additional guidance from above (the IDBoF trinity), I do what I think is in the best interest of the community.

Go for it, Cho. If the Judge can do it, you can. :thumb:

I am working on a glorious "PIrates of Penzance" addition to the Volleyball thread, but it is taking some time. Maybe by Monday. No one should feel hesitant to post an addition, however, as I'm sure I can weave it in.

I tweaked my monster week post slightly ... I re-watched the 1954 B&W original Godzilla movie last night, and corrected the big boy's size and stride data.

Godzilla = 30 storeys in height --> therefore I'd guestimate a 31 ft long claw, and a 60m stride.

Well, as to why I've been negleting my VB duties lately...R/L's been real busy lately, especially since we've been rather shorthanded at work lately, especially after today. Anyway, I'll try to formulate a post ASAP (meaning tomorrow)...

Ok, I posted, the formatting didn’t come out exactly like I planned. It was simple, but hopefully it will get some else creative juices flowing.

Ok, I broke the log jam and posted a quickie. :P

I wish it could have been ... ahem ... longer ... but I'm a bit busy ATM.

Ghost: your tabloid post was awesome. Full points for you.

Once small nit ... it trashed the screen width display for the thread. Can you do something to fix that ?

Heh. Must be the day for it. In a few minutes I'll be posting a genre: Oprah Winfrey show post.

It's a little scary to me that we might be on the same wave length.
