Penric newer books

Post by voralfred »

Since Reede Kullervo is back, and JCKade is back too, with EPS and maybe the anonymous player who also voted to include "Penric and the Shaman" we are now a quorum.

So what about the two latest Penric books, "Penric's Mission" and "Mira's last Dance"?

Since there are so few of us, I suggest that we just post explicitly our opinion, stay with only the first two for the time being, include "Penric's Mission" now but wait awhile for "Mira's last Dance" or include both now.

Traditionally we always waited for an unanimous agreement, not just a majority, before including a new book. Any player who played even once, even without ever giving a correct answer, is eligible to give her/his opinion. But after the answers of the players who have played recently have been posted, we'll wait for some reasonable delay and make a decision.

So my personal opinion is to include both recent Penric books from now on.

You must be sitting on a doozy of a quote. Impatient and eager to get it posted, eh?

But OKay, go ahead. You have my blessing, for what it's worth (nothing really) ...

In fact, I have absolutely no idea of what new quote I might propose in the unlikely case I guess Reede Kullervo's present quote, since I am at a total loss at this point. My point was rather to give *you* a chance to surprise us with a new Penric quote...

I welcome you back, too. I'm less imagiantive than EPS, though.

Anyway, so far we have three opinions in favor of including both new Penric books, against zero.

I'm in favor: I have enjoyed the series so far, it is very interesting and seems to have great potential.

OK, so we now have a clear quorum.
All Penric books, including "Mira's Last Dance" are now fair game !
