Is this an optical illusion or is that building actually leaning a bit?

I found it and it's not an illusion, but an actual overhanging part at the top of the Thomson Reuters Building.

With Google Maps fly to the coordinates 40.756376,-73.986729.
Switch to Street View at the marker by dragging the little icon on top of "3 Times Square", turn to face to the West and then look straight up.
