Mmmm... Videodrome... long time no see. James Woods as brilliant as ever and AFAIK the only movie appearance ever of Debbie Harry... remind me I absolutely must get the Criterion DVD. Oh and Cronenberg is a genius, no doubt.
Hmm'kay, guess I need to come up with another quote then...
She offered me free love. At the time, that was all I could afford.

This movie is not a spanish-speaking one.Te adoro, Anton
I remeber this line in spanish because of its emotional content.
I don't remember the entire movie by heart, so maybe it is the only one, maybe there are a few more sentences (or curses?) in spanish, but the movie is more than 99.9.. in english.
Human is as human does....Animals don't weep, Nine

XXX: You mean chocolate calomel. I like that too, but you no guess it. (Slams door. YYY knocks again. XXX opens the peephole again.) Hey, whatsa matta? You no understand English? You can't come in here unless you say swordfish! Now, I give you one more guess.
YYY: (thinking) Swordfish...swordfish...I think I got it! Is it swordfish?
XXX: Ha! That's it! You guess it!
Marx Brothers in 'Horse Feathers'.
You are perfectly right!rip8fan1 wrote:Marx Brothers in 'Horse Feathers'.
But you do not get to post the next quoten, since this is an old, cold quote, not the current quote.
If there were sherlocks for this game, finding a cold quote brings one just as finding the current one. But since this game does not give sherlocks even for the current quote (I don't really know why, but it is so) well... you don't get one for a cold quote either.
So the only thing you earn is:
Current quote:
in a movie in english, this is either the only line in spanish, or maybe one of the very very few ones.Te adoro, Anton
Human is as human does....Animals don't weep, Nine

It is of course Westside story
"Anyone can handle seeing their dead grandma crawling up his leg with a knife in her teeth, but nobody should be asked to handle this trip."
"Anyone can handle seeing their dead grandma crawling up his leg with a knife in her teeth, but nobody should be asked to handle this trip."
'You can take our lives but you'll never take our freedom!' he screamed.
Carcer's men looked at one another, puzzled by what sounded like most badly thought-out war cry in the history of the universe.

Of course indeed!
Your turn!
BTW, oh powers that be, why doesn't this game give sherlocks?
As long as it does not, I won't of course grant them, but would it spoil some vast eternal plan if this game did give sherlocks?
BTW again, there is a movie quote hidden here. It is just a bonus, the real new quote is for TGS to post. This is just for some extra fun.

(Unless your'e thinking of a film I havent seen)
We could create our own points score table, (In fact I think that was what I originally said on my first post, just never got around to it...)
