Not quite.
You got the right idea, but it is not that precise movie. Besides, the youngest brother does not play the role of the son of an older one in Duck Soup.
Try again! ;)

Why don't yo ugo on and post a new Movie Quote?

I'll PM you the answer, and leave it open as a "cold" quote, for anyone to find it later (since this game does not give sherlocks, finding it would be for fun only)

Okay.

"Long live the new flesh!"

There are actually four different answers to this one; any are acceptable.

One movie that has this quote is a remake.

All four movies I can think of with this quote are by the same director.

He's Canadian.

No. I don't think Tim Burton nor Ed Wood are Canadian.

David Cronenberg is, though!

Mmmm, Cronenberg...

There you go. Other acceptable answers would have been The Fly and eXistenZ, and I would have accepted Shivers (SEX ZOMBIES!).

Mmmm... Videodrome... long time no see. James Woods as brilliant as ever and AFAIK the only movie appearance ever of Debbie Harry... remind me I absolutely must get the Criterion DVD. Oh and Cronenberg is a genius, no doubt.

Hmm'kay, guess I need to come up with another quote then...

Te adoro, Anton
This movie is not a spanish-speaking one.
I remeber this line in spanish because of its emotional content.
I don't remember the entire movie by heart, so maybe it is the only one, maybe there are a few more sentences (or curses?) in spanish, but the movie is more than 99.9.. in english.

YYY: (thinking) Swordfish...swordfish...I think I got it! Is it swordfish?

XXX: Ha! That's it! You guess it!

You are perfectly right!

But you do not get to post the next quoten, since this is an old, cold quote, not the current quote.
If there were sherlocks for this game, finding a cold quote brings one just as finding the current one. But since this game does not give sherlocks even for the current quote (I don't really know why, but it is so) well... you don't get one for a cold quote either.

So the only thing you earn is:

:worship: rip8fan1 :worship:

Current quote:
Te adoro, Anton
in a movie in english, this is either the only line in spanish, or maybe one of the very very few ones.

It is of course Westside story

"Anyone can handle seeing their dead grandma crawling up his leg with a knife in her teeth, but nobody should be asked to handle this trip."
'You can take our lives but you'll never take our freedom!' he screamed.
Carcer's men looked at one another, puzzled by what sounded like most badly thought-out war cry in the history of the universe.

Of course indeed! :D

Your turn!

BTW, oh powers that be, why doesn't this game give sherlocks?

As long as it does not, I won't of course grant them, but would it spoil some vast eternal plan if this game did give sherlocks?

BTW again, there is a movie quote hidden here. It is just a bonus, the real new quote is for TGS to post. This is just for some extra fun.

Would it spoil some vast eternal plan? Not unless your'e a Fiddler on the roof! :sherlock:

(Unless your'e thinking of a film I havent seen)

We could create our own points score table, (In fact I think that was what I originally said on my first post, just never got around to it...)
