Hm... I'm ashamed to admit that last night's dinner was a couple of cheesestrings and a little strawberry tart (the little 2 inch ones).... When it's hot out, I'm just not hungry
Lately breakfast has been a handful of dry maple mini-wheats and some grapes (I usually buy red, black and green, take them all off the stems, wash them and keep them in containers in the fridge, so all I have to do is grab a little baggie in the mornings and fill it up). I snack on sugar snap peas during the morning, and then I either have a few crackers or go to the cafeteria for lunch (depends how hungry I am).
In the afternoon, I snack on carrot sticks and grape tomatoes, and dinner is usually pork chops or small steaks with baked potatoes and a steamed vegetable, unless it's too hot, in which case it's either a PB&J sandwich or nibbling on whatever's handy (which is rare, since I don't buy much pre-made food).
*sigh* I really need to stop being so lazy about cooking, but summer sucks when you don't have any A/C.
