Right! There were a few others there as well- it is in his farewell speech to the cyb survivors who were going back home- but she was the one he hoped would "get it".

It's a marine holding "no shield, no sidearm, only the shortblade" talking to Nylan. The book is The Chaos Balance

Thanks Gil. Alright try this one.
Politicians do not care for warmth, except as an impression. In the end, the politicians look after self-interest, while pretending to be warm.
This one should be easy, so have fun! :D

Welcome to IDBoF Azaadin

You need to give book, speaker and listener.

Don’t bite your lip - SMILE

No pressure at all right....okay

Its Whaler, and he is talking to the kid in the craftsman's shop, the one who made him the picnic set.

He is explaining why he wont be running for the newly established council.

I think I am going to double check right now.

10 minutes later...

The problem with sisters and books...
They borrow them...and usually return them...often buying copies for themselves....but every once in a very great while they take your books into the void...
sigh
I cant double check for certainty but I believe that it the the Ecologic Secession.

One sherlock update coming up Norse...sorry about that...

ok
You ask, is it ethical?...Call it an examination of conscience. Are we playing fods? Of course, but people always have, and refused to admit it. For the first time in my life, I'm being honest.
The good news is its not a speaker its a thinker...no need to name a conversational partner...

The bad news...its not all that easy...but I will try to check in to provide hints.
