Depends on the cut, and how it's cooked.
LAMB: Nothing beats a properly prepared rib-rack of lamb. Rosemary encrusted chops will do in a pinch, if you're on a budget. A good stew, made with glace de viand, is also special.
BEEF: I'll take that if it's a well-aged & well-charred Porterhouse or T-bone steak, a skirt steak, a rib-roast, or BBQ short-ribs.
PORK: I'll take any cut of pork ... but only if it's been properly slow-roasted (i.e., classic southern BBQ) or slow-braised. The basic rule for pork is that if you need utensils, esp a knife, you didn't cook it right. It's hands, or nadda.
All cuts being equal, i'll take whatever was made with the greatest skill.
Seltzer - flavored or unflavored ? (unflavored here)

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you,

For the pasta: red...white is too rich and hence upsets my stomach. And as for the chowder...I gotta go white...
