Stopped by Cool Fish today for lunch. Tom Schaudel was standing at the end of the bar, so I sauntered over with his book (which I'm reading and preparing to review), offered some polite compliments on his writing, and he signed it for me.

Lunch was very good ... I had the sauteed skate wing with porchini risotto, and my wife had the maryland crabcake. Gotta love 30 wines by the glass. Reasonable prices too. Too bad I cant drink yet (post surgical medications).
