A man who loves wooing women goes womanising.
Would a man who likes misses go missing?

prosaic
adjective
pro·sa·ic | \ prō-ˈzā-ik \
1a characteristic of prose as distinguished from poetry : factual

It might also be that more prose gets done in this forum topic than poetry...even considering the intermittent rhymes.

Re: GAME: Word of the Day (WOTD)
I am utmost embarrassed ! I have been missing lately (and, no, EPS, I don't mean I have been spending this time with underage girls - I'd rather avoid sanctions (noun, meaning 3)).
So I will compose a prosaic parable, using a slapdash brattice of more or less arbitrary WOTDs, which, I hope, will obtain your sanction (noun, meaning 4c).
It is probably too much to expect a spectral apparition of our beloved phantasmatic founder to sanction (verb, meaning 2) it, too.
