GAME: This Or That?
I like both. Lemon for poultry, bivalves, fish, veal, vodka, pinot grigio, bottom shelf brandies, and more temperate climate cuisines in general. Lime for shellfish, sauvignon blanc, gin, non-premium tequilas, and spicy equatorial/tropical cooking in general.

Tanning for the purpose of tanning, no. But after a long swim, warm up in the sun for a short while (with a thick layer of high-protection sunscreen) is nice...
Atlantic or Mediterranean?
(aren't all bivalves shellfish, even though there are many more shellfish varieties, such as lobster, shrimp, etc.?)

Neither. I'll pass on the clams, thank you very much.
Urchin roe or sea cucumber?
Do you use the word "shellfish" for crustaceans only? Wikipedia says shellfish means primarily shelled mollusks, i.e. bivalves and edible sea gasteropods and by association crustaceans and edible shelled echinoderms (urchins). It is rather a misnomer for shell-less mollusks (cephalopods like squid) or echinoderms (sea cucumbers), though it says some people do use it for any invertebrate edible sea animal. In French we have a single phrase "fruits de mer", ("sea fruits", in the sense of "products of the sea") that does not alllude to shells, to cover all of these, any animal from the sea that is not a true (vertebrate) fish nor a mammal, for those who do eat cetaceans or pinnipeds (urghhhhh).

On the water, sunrise (because the quiet adds to the majesty of the experience) ... in the mountains, sunset (sunset above cloud like is incredible, as is stargazing afterwards). Anyone who reverses those two has clearly never fully enjoyed either sport.
