For the most part, email, though getting an occasional non-bill, non-solicitation piece of snail mail is nice, too. Though I'll admit, I prefer parcels to either. :)

Treadmill. I like walking better than biking. I can frustrated with biking because I don't know what's a good speed.

Ewww, these are 2 of my most unsettling terror, but if I had to choose I'd pick drowning, I think it'd be quicker.

Hot and dry. With a hat, long sleeves, and a lot of water to drink, (and don't forget az bit of salt) you are fine. Hot and humid... you cannot breathe.
