I found ECM's joke much funnier than dead babies jokes.
And the reason is precisely it is so politically incorrect. The more unexpected the punchline, the better the joke. And while one more dead baby joke is just disgusting, not surprising, the sheer unexpectedness of that joke's punchline in the view of the ambient PC atmosphere really causes a laugh.
