Fortunately (for me), I'm back now and working on my backlog of things to do.

Fortunately, my uncle (who has been in intensive care for nearly 2 weeks in a chemically induced coma) is starting to recover from a very severe case of pneumonia, and it looks like he may survive now.

Fortunately, the consultants have given him a 70% chance of surviving. (I'd hate to have pneumonia ... it's scared me half to death the condition he's been in over the last 10 days)

Fortunately, I just found some bottles of beer I brought back from Austria (hehe, skiing in Austria is so much fun), so I don't think I really care any more (about my possibly contracting a lung infection).

Fortunately, I only have 4 bottles of beer, so I will only feel a little merry.

Unfortunately, you're probably saying that because you're already drunk.

Fortunately, your wrong. It takes a helluva lot to make me drunk (and I don't like drinking that much anyway 'cos I like my liver).

Fortunately for those who enjoy an occasional drink, Xyrael does not rule the world.

Unfortunately, I can't think of a good reply to carry on the topic, so I had to come up with this useless one instead.

Unfortunately, as of this morning, I am now one tooth less and 2 fillings greater. Bringing my total number of fillings to about 9. I also have to have another tooth pulled a week on tuesday, and have another 7 fillings.

Unfortunately, I've lost my Codeine tablets and my extracted-tooth-area-of-mouth is starting to hurt again :(

(I've developed a very high resistance to painkillers over the last 6-7 years, and codeine is the only legal non-prescription painkiller I can take now  ... we have plenty of other stuff ... it just doesn't do a thing)
